This would enable them to align stakeholders and suppliers to optimise resource management in the future. The idea being there would be no more lost plans or inaccurate blueprints. Changes in staff, scarce funding and changing supply chains often results in lost plans, blueprints and maintenance information. ### What   To plan for expansion or maintenance, hospitals require an accurate model of ‘as-existing’ infrastructure. This project started as a security assurance project for ADHB and as a future proofing exercise, to enable them to maintain and evaluate the building, with data certainty. As the project developed, information and building data was added to create a comprehensive as-existing model.
